I help clients to solve their tax problems as an Enrolled Agent.

In the United States of America, an Enrolled Agent (or EA) is a tax advisor, who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the US Department of the Treasury. Enrolled Agents represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax issues that include audits, collections and appeals.

Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. The EA credential is recognized across all 50 US states. Attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs) are licensed on a state-by-state basis and are also empowered by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS. According to the National Association of Enrolled Agents, there are approximately 87,000 practicing EAs in the United States.

I provide business and management consulting services for business owners as well. I am a Chartered Global Management Accountant. I had experiences with both large international companies and small independent business owners. My specialty is to design, implement, and evaluate the business on the strategy level. I am happy to help my client to figure out challenging international financing, tax, marketing, and operating problems. I like to see the growth of businesses at different levels.

I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. I help clients to find out the best investment solutions. I am happy to help clients make investments creatively to achieve the best sharp ratio (return over risk).

I was the most intelligent boy in my school during my entire childhood. Being a good student opened the door of the world to me. Therefore, I believe in the power of Knowledge. It helped me to solve many questions my fellow could not. Humans create and accumulate Knowledge every day. People should keep learning until the last second. That is why I have kept learning all my life. Once I have a chance to get a break from my work, my best rest is to learn something new. My best offer to employers and business partners is Knowledge and the ability to solve complex problems.

I grow up in Beijing, China. I had worked in Singapore. I traveled all over the world. Now I am in the US. The only continent I have never been to yet is Antarctica, and I hope to visit it soon. Therefore, I believe in globalization. People need to work together because everyone has his advantage. So do countries. Interdependence and integration make the world connected and strong. So my second offer to you is my global experience and vision.

I believe in kindness. Kindness and love are the “most curative herbs and agents in human intercourse” (Nietzsche, 1878). Kindness is why we care about our employer, team, work, customers, and other stakeholders. Kindness is what I offer too.
